Bradford Manning 和 Bryan Manning 一生都在適應一個設計之初並未考量他們需求的世界。兄弟倆都罹患罕見的遺傳性斯特格病，中央視力大幅喪失，讓穿越擁擠街道或回覆電子郵件等日常事務變得格外困難。

但隨著時間推移，這項一度讓他們顯得與眾不同的挑戰，反而使彼此更加親近。共同面對視力喪失的經歷，不僅讓他們建立深厚的手足情誼，也讓他們與希望支持的其他視障者社群緊密相連。

2016 年 5 月，兄弟倆創立了非營利服飾公司 Two Blind Brothers，運用旗下產品與平台提升大眾意識、支持失明研究，並為視障社群創造更多機會。

ChatGPT 也在他們探索世界時提供協助。他們可以用語音詢問建築物的外觀、地標的位置，或如何從機場登機門前往共乘服務的接送地點。

在工作上，同樣的無障礙體驗也正在改變他們經營 Two Blind Brothers 的方式。過去，Bradford 若想從試算表中找出一個數字，必須放大畫面、記住列與欄，再逐格移動。如今，他可以請 ChatGPT 分析資料、找出異常，或指出可能出錯的位置。他也將這項工具連結至電子郵件，直接詢問哪些事項需要留意，不必再逐一處理每封郵件。

他們不只使用 ChatGPT 擷取資訊，也越來越常用它推動工作進展。他們用語音腦力激盪及聽寫、分析募款資料，也為 Thrive Blind 製作簡報。這項計畫旨在為視障社群的年輕人媒合培訓與職涯機會。
