We are building products that can help clinicians, care teams, and healthcare organizations work smarter, move faster, and deliver better care in moments that truly matter. This is a chance to shape how AI shows up in one of the world’s most important and complex industries, with enormous room for product innovation, real-world impact, and long-term platform leverage. We move with urgency, hold a high bar for quality and trust, and care deeply about building products that can improve millions of lives.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help define and build the future of ChatGPT in Healthcare. This person will own high-impact product areas from strategy through execution, working closely with engineering, research, design, legal, policy, sales, and customer-facing teams. The role requires strong product judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to move quickly in a complex, regulated space.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available.
In this role, you will:
Define product strategy and roadmap for key ChatGPT Healthcare experiences and capabilities.
Identify the highest-impact problems across clinicians, healthcare operators, and health systems, and turn them into clear product priorities.
Partner closely with engineering, research, design, legal, policy, and GTM teams to ship products that are useful, safe, and scalable.
Drive execution from early discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, and iteration.
Translate customer needs, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations into strong product decisions and crisp requirements.
Use data, customer feedback, and market insight to improve product quality, trust, and business impact.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have significant product management experience, ideally in healthcare, enterprise software, AI, or other complex regulated environments.
Are excited about zero-to-one product development and know how to turn ambiguity into momentum.
Can operate equally well at the strategy level and in day-to-day execution details.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have strong judgment about trust, safety, privacy, and quality in high-stakes user workflows.
Care deeply about improving healthcare through technology and are motivated by mission-driven product work.
Compensation Range: $441K - $490K USD
