The Showcase Gallery⁠(opens in a new window) aims to highlight these projects to inspire the broader developer community and demonstrate what’s possible with OpenAI’s APIs and models.

_{This OpenAI Showcase Gallery Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between OpenAI OpCo, LLC (“OpenAI”) and you (“Customer”) and is effective on the date customer clicks “I agree” (the “Effective Date”). The Agreement governs Customer’s participation in the OpenAI Showcase Gallery Program (the “Program”). Customer represents it is lawfully able to enter into this Agreement and, if it is entering into the Agreement for an entity, that it has legal authority to bind that entity. By clicking “I agree” or participating in the Program, Customer agrees to this Agreement.}

_{(a) Showcase Content. The app, demo, or open-source project that you submit with your Program application (“Showcase Content”) is your Content. As between you and OpenAI, you are solely responsible for your Showcase Content as well as any Output that is based on your Showcase Content. You must ensure your Showcase Content complies with the written agreement between you and OpenAI for access to OpenAI Services, or if none exists, our}_{Terms of Use}_{and our}_{Usage Policies}_.

_{(b) Distribution and Promotion of Showcase Content. By sharing your Showcase Content with OpenAI, you grant a nonexclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to OpenAI to use, test, store, copy, translate, display, modify, distribute, promote, and otherwise make available to other users all or any part of your Showcase Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions required to provide Showcase Content to OpenAI for such distribution and promotion of Showcase Content. OpenAI does not guarantee any particular placement, visibility, ranking, or level of promotion for your Showcase Content.}

_{(c) No Implied Endorsement. You may not make, publish, or permit any statement or design choice that could reasonably lead a third party to believe that your Showcase Content is created, supported, certified or endorsed by OpenAI, or that you are partnering or working with OpenAI on a joint product, feature, or business initiative, unless we have otherwise agreed in writing to such a statement or design choice.}

_{(d) Removal. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to publish your Showcase Content or make your Showcase Content available to other users. We may reject or remove any Showcase Content from our Services at any time for any reason without notice to you, such as for legal or security reasons or if your Showcase Content violates the Terms or this Agreement.}
