How it works
Fathom brings your meeting history into ChatGPT, so every answer starts from what was actually said. Ask about one call or months of conversations, and ChatGPT pulls the summaries, transcripts, and action items it needs from your Fathom library – no copying and pasting notes into the chat. Recap a deal before your next sales call, build a QBR narrative from a quarter of account calls, pull feature requests from customer interviews into a PRD, or turn a week of meetings into an executive brief. Sign in with your Fathom account to connect. ChatGPT only sees meetings you can already access in Fathom, and the connection is read-only: it can read your meetings, but it can't edit, delete, or share them. Available on every Fathom plan. Requires a Fathom account and meetings captured with Fathom.
What else can you do?
Prepare a meeting brief
Fathom Find our latest product planning meeting and prepare a follow-up brief with decisions, open questions, and supporting transcript passages.
Recover action items
Fathom Review last week's meeting transcripts and list commitments, named owners, and stated deadlines. Flag unclear ownership and prioritize follow-up questions.
Synthesize customer feedback
Fathom Review up to five recent customer conversations and summarize recurring concerns, conflicting feedback, and questions worth investigating, with supporting passages.
