運作方式
Text lets authorized users search and retrieve customer conversations, HelpDesk tickets, archived LiveChat chats, transcripts, and tags in ChatGPT. Results are limited to data the user can already access in their Text workspace. The app is read-only and cannot create, update, send, or delete Text data.
